I had a good experience here. I submitted a request on their website and got an email back within an hour(AM on weekday). Verified that they had what I wanted and was able to schedule an appointment for pickup the same day. The shop was easy to get to from 495. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and were able to answer the questions I had easily. I'll contact them first for my next big purchase.

A great little appointment only shop with a nice selection of firearms. Lots of Pre-Bans. Helpful staff and competitive prices. You won't need to grab a deli ticket and stand around for an hour only to be rushed out! I honestly wish I knew about it years ago.

I'm new to gun ownership and my son and I happened upon Fine Line Firearms as it's a local gun 'parlor'. Great business. I went to Fine Line because I wanted a Robinson Arms XCR, and Mark is the only FFL I could find in MA who is familiar with the gun. He knows a lot about the company and walked me thru the custom order process to get everything built exactly to spec. Was super responsive during the wait time, and did the compliance modifications as soon as it came in. Came out perfect!

All around great shop and owner. I’d highly recommend Fine Line especially if you’re looking for something more specialized that you won’t find at your average store.
