I have had an excellent experience working with Fine Line Firearms LLC so far. I initially found the rifle on their website and, since I had never purchased a firearm from an out-of-state dealer before, I called with a few questions. Seth was friendly and extremely helpful. He took the time to locate the rifle, verify that it was the exact caliber I was looking for, and explained the next steps to get the process started. Mr. White then handled the transaction. He was professional, courteous, and made everything easy to understand. He coordinated directly with my local FFL, and the two of them exchanged all of the necessary information without me having to worry about the details. The entire process has been smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Based on my experience so far, everyone I have dealt with has been knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. This is a “good guy review.”  I’ve had two very positive experiences with Fine Line Firearms and recommend them.  The first project they did was a sight installation on a USP, something that requires care.  The project second was a sight installation and a more complicated trigger job on a different USP, also needing some care.  Mark White is a thoughtful guy, and he approaches his gunsmithing work from a consultative standpoint – the guy is more of a craftsman, less of a tradesman.  He’s not doing this work just for the transaction, and I bet that if he thinks what you’re asking him to do is a bad idea then he’ll tell you.
