I had a good experience here. I submitted a request on their website and got an email back within an hour(AM on weekday). Verified that they had what I wanted and was able to schedule an appointment for pickup the same day. The shop was easy to get to from 495. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and were able to answer the questions I had easily. I'll contact them first for my next big purchase.

This was my first experience with Mark and Fine Line Firearms. It was great. They had listed a somewhat unusual gun that I was interested in. I contacted them and confirmed the condition and price. I made a convenient and went in to purchase the gun. It was just as described, Everything and everyone was great and I would love doing business again with them.

I went to fine line gun shop today & met Mark who was very friendly, informative, & knowledgeable, professional. he spent a lot of time explaining guns to me ( I am new to all this) but he took his time and explained so much to me about; guns, laws & safety. He was more than generous with the amount of time he spent with me! I feel so much better educated & informed because of the information he shared with me. Thank you Mark

A great little appointment only shop with a nice selection of firearms. Lots of Pre-Bans. Helpful staff and competitive prices. You won't need to grab a deli ticket and stand around for an hour only to be rushed out! I honestly wish I knew about it years ago.

I'm new to gun ownership and my son and I happened upon Fine Line Firearms as it's a local gun 'parlor'. I'm so glad we did, we found Mark (Owner) to be super friendly, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. We were put immediately at ease and learned a lot. Ended up with a very nice set up, P365XL with a red dot and laser/light, set up and tutorial. Highly recommend.

I am beyond impressed with Fine Line Firearms. Extremely knowledgeable and genuinely helpful for a newbie like myself. If you are looking for a variety of rifles, including custom, I would strongly recommend setting up an appointment and visiting. Hands down the best gun shop environment I have visited. A+++

Great business. I went to Fine Line because I wanted a Robinson Arms XCR, and Mark is the only FFL I could find in MA who is familiar with the gun. He knows a lot about the company and walked me thru the custom order process to get everything built exactly to spec. Was super responsive during the wait time, and did the compliance modifications as soon as it came in. Came out perfect! All around great shop and owner. I’d highly recommend Fine Line especially if you’re looking for something more specialized that you won’t find at your average store.

Small quiet place, and the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. It's a hidden treasure
